Dr. Brent Hogarth, a licensed clinical psychologist, works at the intersection of high performance and well-being within some of the world’s largest organizations.

Inspired by Abraham Maslow’s belief that “the most important factor in creating a good society is to improve the conditions of the workplace,” Brent is on a mission to help professionals thrive by accessing deeper focus and flow at work.

With over a decade of experience in sport and high-performance psychology, he has coached a diverse range of leaders, from Olympic athletes and first responders to doctors, managers, and CEOs, all driven by a common goal: to achieve their full potential. His work with elite performers has revealed that resilience and lasting fulfillment rely on a foundation of self-compassion, not self-criticism.

Brent believes that everyone has the potential to train their minds for greater well-being and performance. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Brent spent time living in Buddhist monasteries in India and Nepal, an experience that profoundly shaped his understanding of the mind's potential.

Dr. Brent’s coaching offers practical and accessible strategies that simplify the path to high performance, making it easy to integrate into our fast-paced world.

In his personal life, Brent is an ultra-athlete enjoying 100-mile races, skiing the local North Shore mountains, and, most importantly, being a proud new father and husband.
